We use SignUpGenius to manage our volunteer signups for many events. Here's how it works.

*** You do NOT need to create a SignUpGenius account to sign up. ***

  1. Follow the link to the SignUpGenius page for the event.
  2. Click to select all the volunteer slots you're interested in, then click the Submit and Sign Up button at the bottom of the screen. For example:

3. The next screen will show you a summary of what you selected. Enter your name, email address, and any comments (for example, a specific dish you're bringing). Your name will be displayed in the signup page - feel free to just enter your initials. Your email address is only used for SignUpGenius to automatically send you a reminder the day before you're signed up to volunteer.

By default, the create account checkbox is NOT checked, so it will NOT create an account for you. Of course you can create an account if you want or log in to your account here.

4. Click the Sign Up Now! button at the bottom of the screen.

We hope this page helps you understand how SignUpGenius works. You won't receive junk mail, and you don't have to remember yet another username and password. Please try it. If you still don't want to use it, please contact us and we will make note of what you want to sign up for, using one of our PTA email addresses.
